We understand that safety and convenience are paramount for children's travel. At Exsportise, in partnership with Arsenal Football Development, we share parents’ concerns and have taken extensive measures to ensure that our students’ journey to the camp is smooth, secure, and worry-free.

As a result, we offer standard transfer services included in our price! This Accompanied Travel service allows students to take advantage of our standard transfers to and from airports and Eurostar St Pancras International.

Included TRANSFER SERVICE

Depending on the number of students arriving and anticipated journey times, we use various transport options, including taxis, minibuses, buses, or trains, to collect/drop off students from our standard arrival and departure points.

For Arrivals (Sunday): Flights/trains must arrive between 09:00 and 17:00

Our staff members (in bright orange) will be waiting at the exit point for international arrivals. After a short waiting time (max 120 mins), staff will accompany the students directly to camp for check-in.

For Departures (Saturday): Flights/trains must depart between 09:00 and 17:00

After check-out, our staff members will accompany students to the airport or train station and help check them in before guiding them to security with plenty of time before their flight.

During the process, please rest assured that our staff are always present, offer water and snacks (if needed), and provide necessary care and assistance. Please know that we do not allow self-organised, unaccompanied travel within the UK.

Any flights or trains outside the standard transfer hours, if we can organise a transfer, will be subject to a £100 minimum fee charged before arrival.

TRAVELLING DIRECT (SELF ARRIVAL)

Parents are welcome to personally bring/collect their children to/from camp and visit the schools. If you are dropping-off/collecting your child to/from camp please use the following times:

Arrival at Exsportise x AFD venue: Sundays between 15:00 - 16:30

Departure from Exsportise x AFD venue: Saturday between 09:00 - 11:00

Any student not requiring a transfer arranged by Exsportise must be accompanied by an authorised adult under the Exsportise Duty of Care policy.

PRIOR TO TRAVELLING

Check local requirements for children travelling without their parents or legal guardian – each country has specific requirements and may require written consent and/or identity documents.

  1. Check visa and health insurance requirements, and that your child has a valid passport.

  2. Book travel and confirm details and transfer requirements to Exsportise as soon as possible.

  3. If you are using an Unaccompanied Minor service, complete the UM form provided by your airline for both journeys.

  4. Complete the Exsportise Parental Consent Form and store it with your child’s other travel documents. This must be with your child at the time of their travel.
